Guest Services Team

Our goal in Guest Services is to make everyone feel welcome and cared for while attending a Bethlehem Church location. If you are passionate about creating remarkable experiences for our first-time guests, then we would love to have you join our Guest Services Team!

Children’s Ministry

Babies – 5th Grade

Do you have a passion for serving children? There are countless opportunities at Bethlehem Church locations to serve little ones—from greeting parents at the door, to teaching, to singing, and so much more!

Student Ministry

6th Grade – 12th Grade

Small Group Leaders at Bethlehem Church are the real MVPs. As they come alongside students in a safe, welcoming environment, they have the opportunity to help students grow an everyday faith. Become a small group leader, become a group host at your home, or help with special events.

Production/Worship

There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes at Bethlehem Church to create an atmosphere that nurtures spiritual growth. From operating the camera to lighting, to cuing slides, to running the soundboard, production team members have unique gifts! Volunteers are not required to have experience with any of the equipment, but simply have a heart for serving God in a unique way.

Special Needs Ministry

Our goal is to help children and adults with special needs participate in Bethlehem Church at their comfort level, build a community of friends, and learn about the love of Jesus–all with the support of a well-trained Bethlehem Buddy volunteer.
