Leading Kids To Discover New Life In Christ
Bethlehem Church knows it can be stressful leaving your baby for the first time. Leaving a crying toddler or even a preschooler who wants a little more time with mom or dad can be tough, that is why we created a special place called Little Town.
Little Town is our nursery and preschool environment where BIG things happen. Little Town provides a safe and loving environment where our littlest friends come to learn about how God made them, loves them, and wants to be their friend forever. Each space is created so that these friends are safe, feel loved and have fun so parents can be comfortable attending a worry-free worship experience knowing their child is being cared for at the highest level.
Kids Town is a fun and exciting environment specifically designed for kids from kindergarten to third grade. Your child will learn through both large group and small group experiences with worship music and dancing, games, and engaging Bible stories.
Kids Town focuses on discovering the Bible to be true and real, learning the foundations of faith and how to apply it to their everyday life.
Because we believe that you are the primary spiritual leader in your child’s life, each week you will leave with materials to continue the conversation for the entire week ahead.
What is a preteen? We would say a mix between a kid and a teen. They are in the space in between the church and in life. That is why at Bethlehem Church, we created a special space for them called Midtown.
Midtown is our fourth and fifth-grade environment, it is specifically designed so that preteens have a place to belong, be known, and feel loved. We believe that the faith community preteens’ experience is foundational for how they will view church for a long time to come. In Midtown, we engage, equip and empower preteens in a fun and interactive way. They will have a chance to develop community, build relationships, discover God, ask questions about faith, and learn how to live out and share their faith with others. Midtown exists to lead preteens to discover new life in Christ.
Our community at Bethlehem Church welcomes everyone and strives to create an atmosphere of inclusion for children and adults of all abilities.
Bethlehem Buddies is our specially designed solution to providing inclusive support that will help your preschooler, child, and preteen with special needs transition smoothly into one of our Bethlehem Kids environments with other peers. Our goal is to help them participate at their comfort level, build a community of friends, and learn about the love of Jesus–all with the support of a well-trained Buddy Volunteer.
Bethlehem Buddies also provides an engaging and fun sensory room where Buddy Volunteers can take your child if they need a calming break, or would feel more comfortable in a quieter environment. Bethlehem Buddies ministry is offered during Sunday morning services at all Bethlehem Church locations. Fill-out the Bethlehem Buddies Family Form, and let us know you are joining us on Sunday!
Bethlehem Church Kid Faith Class
Kid Faith is a class where parents and kids come together to learn about salvation and baptism. We will answer questions like, Who is God? What is Sin? Who is Jesus and why did He die? And what is baptism? The faith foundations we talk about in the class are so important as kids are making the decision to follow Christ. We require that all elementary-age children attend the class with a parent/guardian prior to being baptized at Bethlehem Church.
Kid Faith classes are held throughout the year at all of our Bethlehem Church campuses, so check out our website for more detail on dates and times at your campus! We look forward to seeing you there.
Parenting is a big responsibility, but God promises to be with us wherever we go! We want to equip you, partner with you, support you, and encourage you as you lead your child to discover Jesus. We would love for you to join us for a time of commitment and celebration as we dedicate ourselves and our families to the lifelong journey of wholeheartedly following Jesus.
