Kids Ministry
Babies – 5th Grade
Do you have a passion for serving children? There are countless opportunities at Bethlehem Church locations to serve little ones—from greeting parents at the door, to teaching, singing, and so much more!
STUDENT Ministry
6TH – 12th Grade
We believe that middle and high school students are at a pivotal stage in their lives where they need care, guidance, and a sense of belonging. In serving with Bethlehem Students, you’ll have the opportunity to help students grow in everyday faith—whether through small group leading, cafe team, check-in, or helping with special events!
SPECIAL NEEDS MINISTRY
Our goal is to help children and adults with special needs participate in Bethlehem Church at their comfort level, build a community of friends, and learn about the love of Jesus—all with the support of a well-trained Buddy volunteer.
GUEST SERVICES
Our goal in Guest Services is to make everyone feel welcome and cared for while attending a Bethlehem Church location. If you are passionate about creating remarkable experiences for our first-time guests, then we would love to have you join our Guest Services Team!
PHOTOGRAPHY
Our Photography Team comprises creative people who photograph our weekend services, ministries within the church, and other events for creative marketing purposes. It’s a great way to make a big church feel like home!

PRODUCTION
There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes at Bethlehem Church to create an atmosphere that nurtures spiritual growth. From operating the camera to lighting to curing slides to running the soundboard, production team members have unique gifts! Volunteers are not required to have experience with any of the equipment but simply have a heart for serving God in a unique way.
WORSHIP
The musicians and worship leaders of Bethlehem Church have the incredible responsibility of leading people into His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. As a ministry, we deeply believe in the power and presence of the Holy Spirit and the transformative power of prayer. We are honored that you are considering joining our team!
GROUP LEADERSHIP
Group leadership is a meaningful call to love, lead, encourage, and pray for others. It’s an opportunity to get a front-row seat to people growing in a new life with Jesus Christ.
