please pray that i can have more of a positive attitude about life, just your normal things work, keeping the house clean/ my childrens things. I pray that I can learn to be more thankful for those things. I guess what im saying is i pray i can figure out how to have the attitude of " im thankful i have a job to pay bills, instead of i dont want to work today " and " thankful i have healthy children who make a mess " I have so many things to be thankful for, that i take for granted, i know there are lot of things i have that other people would love to have, and i just pray i can learn to be more grateful and thankful and mindful of that, instead of always being so grumpy and complaining about those types of things.

I have another update on my biological father, so soon after the praise and prayer request I posted.
I just found out he back in the hospital, his heart started beating irregularly again. The doctor is trying to get him scheduled for an ablation surgery to get things normal again. Please pray for a successful surgery.

Healing from consistant headaches and when pressing on temples they hurt
