Do I have to serve every week?
Our mission is to serve others and foster meaningful connections and relationships among our team members. We believe that by serving together frequently, whether weekly or bi-weekly, we can create a strong sense of community and belonging.
While we recommend serving regularly to build relationships and feel connected, we understand that life can be busy, and we’re here to support you. Flexibility is key, and we’re more than willing to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.
What if I realize, after beginning to serve, that this is not the right fit for me?
Our goal is for you to find joy and fulfillment in serving. If you feel that your current serving team isn’t the right fit for you, we encourage you to let us know. We want more for you than from you, and we’re here to help guide you or point you toward a team where you can thrive and feel connected.
How old do I have to be to serve with Guest Services?
To maintain effectiveness and ensure maturity in handling various roles and responsibilities within our guest services team, we require volunteers to be aged 16 and up. This age requirement allows us to uphold our standards of service excellence and provide a safe and welcoming environment for all our guests.
